Our classes range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes on regular day, special workshops may have different duration.
Will I gain weight after leaving Yoga?
Initially you may feel that there is no effect on your body but your health and weight will gradually revert to a state where it was before starting yoga.
Can I consume water before Yoga Class?
If you feel thirsty you can drink a glass of water half an hour before starting yoga class. Strictly limit your water intake half an hour prior to yoga practice.
How Many Times Per Week Should I Practice?
Beginners should develop a regular practice in order to get their body used to moving in a new way. In order for this to happen, it’s helpful to practice in the studio at least 3 times per week.
Which is the best time of the day to practise Yoga?
The very best time to practice yoga is first thing in the morning before breakfast. Upon waking, empty the bowels, shower if you wish, then commence the day with your regime of yoga practices. The second most conductive time is early evening, around sunset.
